We assign all our patients a usual or accountable GP who is generally responsible for that patient’s care. We do endeavour to keep patients under the same GP where possible to maximise continuity of care.
However, this does not affect your right to see any GP of your choice. If you do not already know who your accountable GP is and you would like to, please phone reception who will be happy to inform you.
