How to Order
You can request a repeat prescription by handing in a request slip, by post or fax to 01453 821427. You can also telephone the practice on 01453 822047 between 10:00am and 3:30pm. You can order any medication you have on a repeat basis up to seven days before it is next due. If you order early, we may not be able to process your prescription. If there is a problem with your request, we will contact you to explain this.
You can also use our online service by clicking the systmonline link below (you must be registered in order to access this service, please see the Online Services section for full details).
Forgotten your password? Problems accessing systmonline? Please telephone us on 01453 822047 or drop in to the practice and our reception team would be happy to help.
How Long Does it Take?
Whichever method you use to request your repeat prescription, we require two working days in order to prepare it. If you have run out of an urgent medication and cannot wait this long you should contact the practice to discuss your requirements.
Where to Collect Your Prescription
Unless you inform us otherwise, your prescription will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy. You can change your nominated pharmacy at any time by contacting the practice.
If you would prefer to collect a printed prescription, you should state this at the time of your request.
Alternatively, if you want the prescription posted back to you, please send a stamped addressed envelope.
