We value your feedback about the things we do well, and also about areas in which we can improve. Please feel free to give your feedback to any member of the team. If you have a simple query or concern, it is usually possible to resolve this at the time.

However, if you would like to provide more formal or detailed feedback (either positive or negative), then you may prefer to do this in writing, or by telephone to our Practice Manager. 

Our Practice Manager will respond to your feedback in accordance with our policies.
