If you are caring for someone and feel you need support, you can contact Carers Gloucestershire for a Carers Assessment or advice and guidance regarding benefits, respite or carers breaks, and any other concerns or issues relating to your role as a Carer including emotional support.

Carers Emergency Scheme

You will be given a carers card with a Helpline number to call if you are caught up in an emergency and become unavailable to carry out your caring role. The scheme will ensure that the person you care for is supported, either by a close friend or relative, or a support worker from Crossroads Care.

Positive caring is the collective umbrella of FREE learning and training opportunities that are on offer to unpaid carers in Gloucestershire.
